With over 20 years of experience representing technology companies and investors in Silicon Valley, Debra specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate venture investments, SPACs and de-SPACs, cross-border transactions, commercial contracts, entity formation, and corporate governance. Her exceptional work earned her the title of 2023 Securities & Capital Markets Attorney of the Year for Northern California by the New World Report.
